Tasting note
A straw to golden yellow, aromatic and complex white wine, with a distinctive scent and a pleasantly dry, slightly spicy aroma. In addition to spicy notes, there are also hints of cloves, roses and lychees.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with fish starters, pies, foie gras, shellfish and crustaceans, as well as spiced oriental cuisine. But it also makes an excellent aperitif or dessert wine.
Vinification
Fermentation at controlled temperature and aging in stainless steel tanks.
