Tasting note
Pale straw yellow. Delicate nose with aromas of grapefruit and spices. Then lush, but with good, lively acidity that supports the tropical fruit aromas. Medium-long finish.

Goes well with spicy cheeses, soft cheeses, Asian dishes, Japanese cuisine, game, sea fish, seafood, aperitifs.
Vinification
The ageing is traditionally done in oak barrels.
