About the wine
Give yourself and your guests joy for the senses with the fine Glenelly Glass Collection Chardonnay from 2017! Sunny and fertile landscapes of the coastal region give us these grapes, from which the winemaker from the South African winery Glenelly conjures up this white wine with refinement and sensitivity.

Tasting note
The Chardonnay Glass Collection has a bright and brilliant color with a slight green shimmer. The wine has complex aromas of flint and citrus peel and shows a wonderful length of minerality and intense fruit complexity on the palate.
Culinary recommendation
Great wine to pair with sushi, poached cod or subtle chicken dishes.
Vinification
After harvesting, the grapes were lightly pressed and placed in two fermentation tanks, where the mash was then fermented spontaneously. Fermentation took place at 13°C in one tank and at 18°C in the other tank. After alcoholic fermentation, the wine did not undergo any milksae degradation and was stored on the lees for 9 months before being bottled.
