About the wine
In the heart of this exceptional location, three reference cellars - CUERS, PUGET and PIERREFEU - combined their know-how to select their best wines and produce GOLD, the “haute couture” rosé.

Tasting note
Color: Light pink Aroma: On the nose, a sensual and fruity bouquet of strawberries and peach blossoms. Character: A fruity and sparkling rosé. Fresh on the palate with a subtle fruity note and a great finish.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with fish or salmon tartare with avocado, ideal for Thai cuisine.
Vinification
The harvest is carried out exclusively at night between 4 a.m. and 9 a.m., so that the aromatic potential of the grapes is retained. Aging in stainless steel tanks.
