Tasting note
Color: Rich golden yellow with greenish tinge. Aroma: The bouquet is rich. Notes of citrus fruits, rose petals, apricots and vanilla enchant the senses. Character: Elegant and full-bodied. The taste is sweet, dense and long-lasting.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with desserts and mature blue cheese.
Vinification
The hand-picked grapes are dried on straw in small wooden boxes for about 5 months. Fermentation and storage in stainless steel tanks.
