About the wine

Tasting note
For those who don't like it dry, the Graham Beck Bliss nectar is a good alternative for the sweet senses. With its fresh notes of ripe citrus fruits and aromas of yellow stone fruits, complemented by enchanting hints of butterscotch, honey and praline.
Culinary recommendation
Suitable as an aperitif or with seafood. To be kept for a maximum of three years after bottling.
Vinification
A selection of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay from our vineyards in Robertson, Stellenbosch and selected plots from the Western Cape. Pressing the entire bunches of grapes ensures fractional recovery. After the juice has settled, both grape varieties are fermented separately. Both still wines are then blended and, if necessary, bottled together with reserve wine. The MCC was stored on the lees for 12 months and was then disgorged with a special selection of liqueur d` expedition.
