The bouquet contains scents of ripe raspberries and currants paired with a hint of clove, cinnamon and Sichuan pepper. Floral accents of rose and apple blossom are also noticeable. The tannin sensation is only weak, which makes it easy to drink, but does not make it look sweet. As on the nose, the taste is characterized by aromas of raspberries, sour cherries and citrus fruits.
