Intense, deep and elegant ruby color. Has an intense and complex aroma on the nose with hints of ripe fruit, sweet spices and balsamic notes. The palate is nicely round, warm, with toasted nuances and pleasant tannins. Well-balanced with a lasting and elegant finish
Culinary recommendation

Vinification
Fermentation and maceration take place in stainless steel containers, for 8 days, at a controlled temperature. After fermentation, the wine matures for 8 to 10 months in American and French oak in a cellar with medium to high humidity and at temperatures between 13 and 16°C. After maturing the barrel, the bottle is aged for at least 6 months.
