This fine cuvée is composed of 80% Chardonnay and 20% Pinot Noir, aged in used barriques. Fruit and spice, ripe pineapple, nectarine, cardamom, nuts, a little honey, but also mineral notes. Good intensity and depth on the palate, brioche, baked apple, caramelized grapefruit, complex, gripping, with citrusy freshness.
