A composition of 70% Chardonnay and 30% Pinot Noir. Aged for 10 months in large wooden barrels, without biological acid degradation. In the bouquet, first floral aromas, then citrus tones, pickled ginger and a slightly smoky spiciness, harmoniously accompanied by notes of buttery puff pastry and orange shortbread. Complex, fresh and engaging, has ripe fruit, lots of bite and fine length.
