About the wine

The name “Alpasión” is a combination of the Spanish “Alma” for soul and “Pasión” for passion. This single-varietal Malbec is not aged in oak barrels: “This is the purest image of the Uco Valley.” His fingerprint, so to speak.

Tasting note
Color: crimson Aroma: Opulent bouquet of black cherries, blueberries, slightly floral nuances and a subtle hint of licorice. Character: Extremely dense on the palate. Strong Malbec aromas of black berries combined with mineral notes. Despite its intensity, it is very elegant and balanced. A perfect finish!
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with seasoned foods and grilled red meat.
Vinification
Temperature-controlled fermentation. Maturation in French oak barriques for 10 months.
