About the wine
This provocative Zweigelt 2015 — Grande Cuvée is in the truest sense of the word a hit right down to the last drop! Picturesque landscapes of Burgenland give us these grapes, from which the winemaker from the Austrian Weingut Keringer conjures up this red wine with refinement and experience. Culinary tip from Flaschenpost team: This Zweigelt can be served very well with Wiener Schnitzel or beef tartare.

Tasting note
The fruity aromas of the Grande Cuvée of blackcurrant, clove and marmalade express a lot of character with a very special structure. Afterwards, the refreshing nuances of black plum, vanilla and blackberry reveal their own character. A strong body and distinctive acidity result in the red wine, which shows a lot of character and class harmoniously with fine tannins in the mouth.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with red meat with strong sauces, grilled meats and wild fowl, risotto and pasta, as well as hard and soft cheeses.
