The grapes for this cuvée come from vines up to 40 years old - 80% Chardonnay and 20% Pinot Noir. The typical Chardonnay aromas of citrus fruits, peach and melon are accompanied by notes of apple and red berries, underlined with fine spiciness, thanks to the Pinot content. Wonderfully fresh and clear on the palate, gripping with precision, good fullness and a subtle mineral chalk touch on the finish.
