Tasting note
Finely interwoven notes of citrus, apples and floral notes. Am Gaumen elegant burgundy aromas paired with the animating liveliness of the Gutedel. Wonderful drinking flow!
Culinary recommendation
It goes well with pulpo, smoked salmon and fried poultry.
Vinification
Separate, reductive fermentation in stainless steel tanks with cool fermentation and subsequent fine yeast storage until bottling.
