About the wine
To get a feel for the mountainous and hilly landscape beauty in Lower Austria, there is no way around this white wine, which the Austrian Weingut Hagn masters with a keen sense of texture. If we can offer something special for Christmas 2021, it is this strong white wine 2020 — Grüner Veltliner Hundschupfen. Culinary tip from Flaschenpöstler: This Grüner Veltliner is very good to serve with an aperitif or paella.
Tasting note
Distinctive fruit spectrum of ripe pears, quinces and oranges, accompanied by a pinch of pepper; powerful and elegant, complex, deeply structured body, dense on the palate with beautiful spicy notes. A fine balance of acidity completes the harmony of this elegant Lagen-Veltliner.

With its fresh, fruity, light nature, it is the ideal aperitif wine. Also with cold starters, egg dishes and light fish dishes.
