About the wine
With this powerful Grüner Veltliner 2016 — Gruner Veltliner Burgenland, the term taste takes on a new meaning. To get a feel for the mountainous landscape aesthetics, there is no way around this white wine, which the Austrian winery Allacher masters with a keen sense of texture. Tasting note
Farbe: Helles Gelb mit grünlichen Reflexen. Aroma: In der Nase feine Zitrusnoten, wie Grapefruit begleitet von Holunder- und Rosenblüten. Charakter: Spritzig und fruchtig mit einer bekömmlichen Säure. Geschmeidig am Gaumen. Angenehm im Abgang mit mineralischem Nachhall.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with fish and poultry with fennel, asparagus dishes, or with a Wiener Schnitzel and much more.
