Tasting note

In der Nase schön kompakt, mit Noten von Zitronenmelisse, Pfirsich, Kräuter und Honigmelone. Im Gaumen wirkt dieser GV frisch und weist einen guten Trinkfluss auf, mit Aromen von Apfel, Nektarine und Feuerstein, im Abgang dann eine belebende Kräuter-Note. Passt wunderbar zu Spargeln vom Grill oder zu Lamm-Curry.

Goes well with poultry, vegetables, risotto and sushi.
