Tasting note
Beautiful golden yellow in the glass. A bit chalky at the beginning, but followed by honeycombs, dark spice and a floral sensation. Grated black pepper on the palate, nougat; cuddly, with fresh notes, nice depth, a head of character, creamy and round on the finish.

Goes well with starters, fish and seafood, poultry and veal, Asian dishes and hard and soft cheeses.
