Tasting note
The grapes come from the best locations around Heiligenstein that are less than 20 years old. Its character is characterized not so much by fruitiness but rather by spiciness, which is reminiscent of herbs such as basil, thyme and lemongrass with a touch of bergamot and Williams pear. On the palate, the typical “pepper” appears again, accompanied by refreshing acidity and a fine hint of pear and kiwi. Just great what is in this so-called simple wine!
