Tasting note
In the production of Hakutsuru Plum Wine, selected Japanese plums “ume” are used. Fermentation is carried out using highly developed fermentation technology. The Plum Wine is characterized by its refreshing semi-sweet, sour taste and its well-ripened plum aroma.
Culinary recommendation
Enjoy the chilled plum wine as an aperitif or as a wine for dessert. It is also excellent with spicy food. It's best to go on ice in summer.
