Tasting note
On the nose, wonderful aromas of ripe cherries, juicy blackberry and licorice as well as a delicate note of blackcurrant. With its strong, deep red color, fantastic bouquet and graceful and elegant length on the palate, it is completely convincing.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with beef, feathered game, truffle dishes and mature soft cheeses.
Vinification
Partial maturation in steel tanks (10%), remainder in oak barriques (new and used)
