About the wine

Tasting note
The wine is as it should be: expressive, complex on the nose, with notes of lemon zest, pale flesh and mineral tones. In the mouth, it is racy, harmonious and has a lively freshness that gives it its clear and sincere structure. The full-bodied and long-lasting finish keeps a fresh mineral note.
Culinary recommendation
This wine is a wonderful accompaniment to fondue, your spring dishes with asparagus, sea fish and cheese.
