About the wine
Cave Emery is a family business with a long tradition. The vineyards are located in the best wine regions in Central Valais. They are particularly gentle with nature and are consciously committed to integrated production. The use of non-natural means is kept to the strict minimum.
Tasting note
Bright pale yellow. Scents of white peach, lychees or pineapple. Refreshing and fruity on the palate. Deliciously vinified. Full-bodied. Sustained finish.

Goes well with pasta with pesto, Asian dishes, desserts and fruits.
