About the wine

This wine, which is called Païen in French-speaking Valais or Heïda in Upper Valais, is made from the Savagnin Blanc grape variety. It offers a whole range of exotic fruits and citrus fruits. It is tonic and its beautiful acidity ensures profitable aging.

Tasting note
