Tasting note
Color: Bright yellow with greenish reflections. Aroma: Intense bouquet of aromas of fruity-sweet compote, accompanied by elderberry and orange blossoms. Character: Elegant cuvée with a pleasant structure, soft and supple on the palate. Slightly mineral in the aftertaste.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with fish and poultry, grilled meats, asparagus dishes, or a Wiener Schnitzel.
Vinification
Temperature-controlled fermentation. Stored on the fine yeast for 9 months. Aging in new and used barrique barrels.
