About the wine
The wine-growing regions of the French winery Château Les Vignals stretch across the landscapes of the Southwest, where the experienced winemaker produces this red wine. Flaschenpost team tip: Combine this merlot with poultry or slightly spicy red meat.
Tasting note
Color: Deep crimson with ruby reflections. Aromas: Ripe aromas of sour cherries and black fruits, accompanied by notes of cocoa, vanilla and cinnamon. Body: Elegant start, beautiful tannin structure, fruity aromas, long finish with toasted notes. Quality: Elegant food companion with aging potential.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with duck breast and cranberries or as a sweet alternative to a dark chocolate mousse.
