About the wine
The winemaker from the Bernard Magrez winery grows this wine in the countryside. With the special Herencia Del Padri from 2016, you will positively surprise your guests.
Tasting note

Culinary recommendation

Vinification
The 40-75-year-old vines for the Hérencia del Padrí grow on the very steep slate slopes of Porrera. Harvesting is done by hand. The grapes are then meticulously selected on the sorting table before cool fermentation takes place after a short cold maceration. The wine is aged for a few months in French oak wood.
