HEXA is a unique blend of the six historic, autochthonous grape varieties of the Bordeaux region. HEXA was dynamized on the fine yeasts in an egg-shaped TAVA clay amphora and gently matured, each variety is represented in the same proportion. The result is a fresh, fruity and aromatic red wine that includes the entire exciting aroma of the six varieties Pressac (Côt/Malbec), Carmenere, Petit Verdot, Merlot, Petit Vidure (Cabernet Sauvignon) and Grosse Vidure (Cabernet Franc). Laurent and David Siozard have succeeded in creating a masterpiece with which the potential of the ancient French grape varieties is guaranteed a future for Bordeaux despite climate change thanks to modified assemblage. Perhaps the two brothers will decide to plant their plots again in a mixed set in the future. HEXA is switching to organic, mixed and permacultures to help prevent pests and diseases as well as future capricious weather conditions. The wine is young, the idea of using new approaches to cheat climate change is still young, but HEXA is rare and certainly wonderful when aged. 1000 bottles of total production>2030
