Tasting note
This wonderful organic wine comes from THE Monastrell specialists from Spain, the Bodegas Juan Gil. It has exactly that beautiful, typical spiciness and fruit that you appreciate in Monastrell. Cloves, tobacco, violets and red berries, it is full and quite strong, beautifully soft in tannins with fine creaminess, mild in acidity and lasts a long time. An almost unbeatable price-performance ratio!
Culinary recommendation
Flaschenpost team is recommended for spare ribs, lamb and brasato. Our recommendation: The organic red wine tastes best at a slightly chilled 16°-18°C. The recommended enjoyment phase of this wine is in the following period: Now until 2019.
