However, the Swiss winery Charles Bonvin Fils is trying to express the beauty of its home country with this red wine. We think he succeeded! Florality, fruitiness and spiciness are in harmony with notes of lavender and magnolia, sour cherry, bay leaf and thyme. A touch of light tobacco and fine leather gives the wine that special something. The Humagne Rouge is not a powerhouse, but an elegant wine with subtle tannins and a pleasantly long finish.
