About the wine
Tenuta Vallocaia is the pride of Rudi Bindella, patron of Switzerland's most successful gastronomic family. He bought the winery more than 35 years ago and carefully and patiently expanded it in several steps. The construction of a new winery is currently underway: “We want to continue to promote the great quality potential of Vino Nobile di Montepulciano,” says Rudi Bindella. “I Quadri” is an elegant Tuscan for the special moments in life.

Tasting note
Intense ruby with purple reflections. Seductive nose with aromas of ripe, dark berries and warm, sweet spices. Subtly elegant toasted notes are paired with this. Mouth filling on the palate, with an extremely juicy structure. The aromas of the nose are repeated. Finely ground, ripe tannins and juicy, perfectly integrated acidity give the appropriate structure. In the finale, balanced by high, aromatic persistence.
Culinary recommendation
Delicious with well-seasoned white meats and fine pasta dishes.
