Das erfrischende Duftspektrum des iToscani von Brombeere, Brot und Marmelade kokettiert virtuos mit Ihrem Geruchssinn. Anschliessend überzeugen fruchtige Nuancen von schwarzer Johannisbeere und Schokolade resolut und bewusst Ihre Geschmackssinne. Ein fruchtiger Rotwein mit mittelkräftigem Körper und dominanter Säure, welcher harmonisch mit fein ausgebauten Tanninen auf Zunge und im Gaumen seine lebendige Struktur entfaltet.
Culinary recommendation

Vinification
Very selective reading by hand. Temperature-controlled fermentation of both varieties together in steel tanks, aging for 6 months in steel tanks and for a certain period of time on the bottle. Vinified with as little outside influence as possible and sulphurized only minimally.
