The combination of Müller-Thurgau, Scheurebe and Sauvignon Blanc gives the sparkling wine a fresh, elegant and fruity character. A wonderful aperitif and accompaniment to light starters and salads, as well as perfect for toasting together when there is something to celebrate again. Or just for fun!
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with antipasti & finger foods, salads and vegetarian dishes.
Vinification
The perfect harvest time is determined by the taste and ripeness of the grapes. For optimal extraction of the aromas from the berry peel, the grapes are gently ground and left to stand in their own juice for a few hours. Pressing is followed by fermentation in stainless steel tanks for several weeks. Our Pinot Gris are then stored on the entire yeast until bottling in spring.
