Tasting note
Light straw yellow. Fruity on the nose with notes of bergamot, white flowers, pear and a little honey, supported by a subtle minerality. Pleasantly youthful, fresh and juicy on the palate. In the aftertaste, the wine shows persistence and complexity.

As an aperitif, with fish carpaccio or in winter with fondue.
