Tasting note
Intense purple, wonderful scent of ripe cherries, plums, vanilla and noble wood., Full-bodied and powerful on the palate with supple tannins, some tobacco and nuances of cassis, plum compote and dark chocolate. The name Il Grande suggests that due to its elegant opulence, complexity and berry, this wine is one of the very great products from Monferrato.

Piedmontese specialities, antipasti, veal knuckle with red wine jus, stews, grilled meats, red meat and game.
Vinification
Partial ageing in large oak barrels, as well as in barriques.
