Almost black purple with violet reflections. Very plump, multi-faceted and expressive nose. Profound dark fruit notes, cassis, cedar, mocha, violet, menthol, some leather, bacon and tobacco. Mouth-filling and fleshy on the palate with a very complex range of aromas. Wonderfully rich yet fine-grained tannins and perfectly integrated acidity provide the necessary structure. The aromas of the nose are joined by notes of sweet herbs. Long, intense and creamy aftertaste.
