Tasting note
The Amistar's “little” brother, which is a selection of slightly lighter wines and is filled after just one year of storage in wooden barrels. Juicy berry fruit on the nose, wild fruits and aromas of plums, surrounded by fine wood spices and delicate coffee and chocolate notes. It also has juicy fruit on the palate, with a nice tannin structure.
Culinary recommendation
A wonderful accompaniment to various pasta dishes and risotto with mushrooms, but also to dark meat and game.
