About the wine

Mark Shannon is a Californian winemaker who has lived in Puglia for 25 years. He has dedicated himself entirely to local varieties and uses them to press wines of international standing. “There is no doubt that the wines I make bear my signature. The winemaking trade is such a deep vocation for me that I dedicate myself wholeheartedly to it,” explains Mark. He makes the A Mano Imprint Primitivo from dried grapes, combining the power of Primitivo with the elegance of an Amarone: “A large, strong wine that gives you a warm, strong hug and a smile.”
