Tasting note
On the nose, violets and stone fruit, warm leather and some vanilla, compote notes emerge very easily, which originate from the enormous summer heat in the vineyard. Opulent in structure on the palate, yet elegant and fine in fruit.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with strong and dark meat dishes from beef, lamb, deer, mushroom dishes and truffles.
