Tasting note
A claret that combines red and white grenache, harvested and fermented as a single unit. Some of the grapes go through the deaeration process separately, for several days by whole grain maceration. The maturation is long and combines glass balloon and old foudres. Complex, loamy and salty.
Vinification
Fermented in steel tanks, matured in foudres and glass balloon.
