About the wine

The monastery of Irache used to be an important hostel on the Camino de Santiago, but today wonderful wines are produced there.

Tasting note
Intense cherry red with purple edges. Very spicy on the nose, with aromas of mint, cassis, licorice, cocoa and toast against an intense background of red wild fruit jam. Complex, velvety and tasty on the palate. A juicy red wine with pleasant tannins.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with poultry, slightly spicy red meat and duck.
Vinification
Aged for 12 months in American and French oak.
