Tasting note
Deep dark ruby garnet with purple reflections. Tobacco spice, dark berry jam, ripe cherry notes. Nuances of ripe plums, floral touch. Red berry jam, freshly textured, pleasant on the finish, sticks very well and shows good length.
Culinary recommendation
Excellent with game specialities, lamb, rabbit, roast or even with Valais mountain cheese.
