You will certainly enjoy the fine Jaen Reserva Dão DOC, which was produced in 2020. Sunny landscapes in Dão give us these grapes, from which the winemaker from the Portuguese winery Quinta Da Taboadella conjures up this red wine with refinement and sensitivity.

Tasting note
An elegant, juicy, mineral and very well-balanced red wine. The bouquet features aromas of ripe black fruits, plums, blueberries and blackberries, complemented by mineral, balsamic notes. Soft tannins and fine acidity support the wine.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with grilled meats, pasta and cheese.
Vinification
50% for 7 months in new 500-liter French oak barrels, 50% in stainless steel tanks.
