About the wine
This dominant red wine 2017 — Jeninser Pinot Noir AOC is a triumph down to the last drop in the truest sense of the word! To get a feel for the hilly and mountainous beauty of the Bündner Herrschaft, there is no way around this red wine, which the Swiss winery Georg Schlegel masters with a fine sense of texture. Flaschenpöstler tip: Pair this Pinot Noir with duck or red meat.

A medium-slim, typical Blauburgunder with fine smoky and fruity notes on the nose and a lively start on the palate, very rounded and smooth, tastes best when drunk slightly chilled.

Vinification
Angaben über Vinifizierung: Erfolgt nach klassischer Maischevergärung im Edelstahltank. Die Reifung erfolgt im grossen Holzfass, im Edelstahltank und auf der Flasche.
