About the wine

To get a feel for the mountainous and hilly landscape beauty of the Bündner Herrschaft, there is no way around this white wine, which the Swiss winery Georg Schlegel masters with a fine sense of texture. Tasting note
The elegant Riesling Sylvaner delights with a harmonious interplay of sweetness and acidity. The typical nutmeg aroma is complemented by a slight grapefruit note. Despite its complexity, it appears playfully light, with a long-lasting finish. The intense aroma gives Riesling Sylvaner its special note. A wonderfully fresh drink, especially on a sunny afternoon on the terrace.
Culinary recommendation
This distinctive white wine goes well not only with aperitifs and light vegetable dishes, but also with stronger dishes.
Vinification
After harvesting, the grapes are crushed on the press for a short time. Sylvaner Riesling is fermented and aged in stainless steel tanks (BSA), which guarantees the intense, fresh taste of the wine.
