About the wine
The winemaker from the German winery FIO Wines has absolutely mastered his craft. Elegance and finesse are the characteristics of this white wine, which originates in the picturesque landscape of the Moselle-Saar-Ruwer region. Tasting note
Iridescent light amber. Complex bouquet of dried fruits such as figs, quince, citrus fruits, fine balsamic honey nuance, fine anise notes. Lively start, present palate, medium body, juicy acidity and delicate tartness, a delicate touch of dried apricots on the palate, with an infinitely long aftertaste. Pleasant drinking flow, aromatic and storable — surprising.
