About the wine
To get a feel for the mountainous and hilly beauty of Valais, there is no way around this white wine, which the Swiss winery Château Constellation masters with a fine sense of texture. The dominant Ermitage 2017 — Johannisberg de Chamoson Valais AOC is the missing piece of the puzzle in your wine rack. Tasting note
Color: iridescent light gold, wafer-fine gold reflections. Aroma: Wonderfully ripe, fruity, clear and varietal bouquet, floral of white flowers, exotic hints of peach, carambola, candied pineapple and ripe yellow plums. Body: Long start, balanced acid and tannic fabric, remarkable minerality, slightly warming. Quality: Ripe and fruity, lively with nice spice, great drinking pleasure.
Culinary recommendation
It goes well with coconut soup with shrimp and chicken, appetizers, vegetarian dishes, white mold and spicy red cheese.
