About the wine
With the strong white wine 2016 — José Pariente Barrica Verdejo, nuances and accents are redefined. The winemaker from the Spanish winery José Pariente masters this white wine with sensitivity and intuition in the graceful and picturesque landscape of the Duero Valley (Castilla y Leon). Flaschenpost team promises a culinary experience if you offer this verdejo with fish dishes or vegetable rice.
Tasting note
The José Pariente Barrica Verdejo combines the aromas of white fruits and citrus with the sweet vanilla note of the oak barrel. Smooth viscosity with a crisp acidity typical of the variety.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with fish, seafood, soft cheeses, desserts, poultry, veal and pork.
Vinification
The vinification takes place in French oak. The wine then matures on the lees for 10 months.
