Tasting note
The wine is clear and bright, with a golden yellow color. The nose reveals complex and intense aromas of herbaceous plants, fennel and a subtle hint of lemon aromas. A medium-bodied wine, intense and creamy on the palate. Exceptionally elegant and balanced, with a long and open finish and a nice hint of anise. Great acidity and a pleasant salty aftertaste.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with fish, seafood, soft cheeses, desserts, poultry, veal and pork.
Vinification
The wine ferments and matures for 12 months on lees in Austrian oak foudre of 2250 liters. After bottling, the wine matures for a further 12 months.
