There is also evidence of fennel and garrigue on a balsamic anise base. Fresh fruity notes appear again on the palate. Smooth and elegant, with a hint of bitterness at the end, typical of Verdejo, supported by a good acidity. Very good structure favors a persistent wine. Complex and intense aftertaste.
